You're trying your best to find your purpose in life, you're exposed to real world problems, some are juggling school and work, and others are traveling. No matter where you are in life, it's important to be organized.
There's a dry erase board hung by my door that I bought from Wallmat-it came with two markers and an eraser. I write down my weekly schedule, plans/goals I have for the month, & a list of things to get done. I list what I'm doing Monday-Sunday; MWF-class, T/TR -study @ starbucks, Saturday-hike, Sunday- Family. Also fill in things that make you happy; Monday-Yoga, T/TR- Rose face mask, Sunday- Brunch with friends. Take it a step further by writing in the days you fill up your gas tank, buy groceries, or deposit money at the bank.
For those like myself it's easy to procrastinate, that's why a visual list of things-to-do is so important. People need to break their habit of relying on memory to remember everything- 'cause how's that been working out for ya? Traveling is what I look forward to more than anything, it could be going anywhere- if it's an hour away, a surrounding state, or across the country. Whatever you're into, write it big enough to see it everyday! Right now, I have Kentucky 10/6/18-10/9/18 and Europe 07/-/19-TBA in the center of my board & it gives me something to look forward to!
This is my third month using this method & I've started to encourage people around me to try it too. Try this if you like to keep track of how you use/spend you time, money, and resources.
